Hong Kong Programming Society sets up special interest group
The Hong Kong Programming Society recently announced the establishment of a special Special Interest Group (SIG) to promote the development and application of computer programming technology. This newly established special interest group will be called “HKPSSIG” and will focus on promoting programming technology and organizing related activities.
Goals and Scope
The main goals of HKPSSIG include:
- Promote public interest and awareness of programming : Promote public interest in and awareness of computer graphics by organizing activities such as lectures, exhibitions, conferences, publications and seminars.
- Promote technical exchanges : Promote exchanges among members and cooperate with other similar organizations at home and abroad to promote the development of computer graphics technology.
- Provide educational resources : Provide high-quality information and educational products and services to the international computer graphics community, organize conferences and educational programs on emerging technologies, and rapidly disseminate information at conferences.
Activities and Programs
Hong Kong HKPSSIG plans to organize a variety of activities, including:
- Forums and Seminars : Organize and assist in organizing forums, conferences, seminars and debates related to computer graphics to stimulate public interest and awareness in this field.
- Technical exchange : Promote technical exchanges among members and with other related organizations, and promote the development and application of computer graphics technology.
