The Hong Kong Programming Society (HKPS) was established by Quantr Limited in 2023. It is a service under Quantr Company and is committed to promoting the development of the programming profession and the industry. Its members are widely from the Hong Kong information technology industry and are engaged in front-line software and hardware developers, working together for the Make unremitting efforts to improve the image and level of the programming profession and the industry.
